Telescoping design allows length ending, up to 3/4 longer than stock shaft, allow repositioning of the steering rack Mustang shaft assembly for use with power rack solid assembly, fits equipped response by eliminating deflection allowed rubber rag joint. Easier installation because it can be collapsed to a shorter length than stock, then extended fit. Stays secure because there are no setscrews to loosen. Precise fitment to your Mustang because its telescoping length accommodates different steering rack positions.

Two race-quality needle-bearing u-joints replace the rubber rag joint and upper pin-and-block u-joint. Unique design of the collapsible section prevents two halves from pulling apart.

Reduces annoying play at the steering wheel. Attaches to steering rack with a pinch-bolt clamp just like oem instead of setscrew. Product features-joints are welded to the shaft, no setscrews loosen.
